What had happened in May?!

OMG haven’t update since coming back from the camp?!

Still rmb cherry didn’t update much in April becoz of some sorta real life activities……how come there’s so many sudden stuff in May as well?!  Like the sudden trip to Melb, blue mountains, resignationS of some of my lovely colleagues blah blah……..

Defo will come back asap, after the last week of overnite shift……

Surprise from NRMA

Got a NRMA letter today……probably I just renewed my policy??  Surprisingly it was a cheque with a $20 refund, due to miscalculation for a customer who purchased roadside assistance as well as CTP + comprehensive insurance……was that 5% discount??

Anyway I think I’ll be your customer next year 🙂

Day trip in the blue mountains

A visit to the blue mountains straight after overnight shift was……..

Finished work at 7:30am, returned home at 8:30am…….caught the ~9:30am hourly train from Strathfield to Blackheath and arrived at ~11:30am.
Thought I could have a nice sleep on the train……but when u found most of the people in the same train compartment were in groups and they all seemed to be exciting tourists……..so I could just slept on and off………on the other hand it’s good for watching the scenic route…….but I could control my internal irritability indeed!

My first stop was Blackheath,  a suburb located near the highest point of the Blue Mountains…….a bit chilling and quite seems their autumn was over…….no more foliage on the trees 😦

Then back to my favourite place – Leura. Visited the Everglades Garden which is ~30 minutes walk from the train station.  At this point I was a bit regret not driving here……..a big challenge after overnight shift!  However the traffic along Parramatta road / M4 around 9am with made a sleepy agitated driver cranky as well!  Anyway, there’s only one autumn each year, gotta enjoy the scenery!

夜班收工後一個人坐火車到Blue mountain……方發現，平日的火車原來遊人依舊……
不得不承認有部份原因是因為同事client 所以想go somewhere time out 一下。另一方面也想見證春夏秋冬的Leura my favourite village xx
雖然耗了不少細胞，但為了快將消逝的秋日景色……還是快回家休息吧 😛

Visit to Melbourne@ 12-15th May

Never thought of a visit to Melbourne until a week before i met R, who moved to melb and back to sydney just for a weekend……..by somehow u can said it’s becoz i knew she’s having a break after resignation, and lucky that i have some 4 days off……

In the beginning i planned to rent a car, travel to Bright, Victoria for the famous autumn foliage as a 3 hour one way day trip, then return the car and met R…….However i missed the early flight and…….gotta cancel such idea and met R once touched down 😛

Just realized quite a lot of my churchmates moved to melb this year due to “work relocation” issue……..glad that I could meet all of them, as well as the other friend Mr Q. 4 days for friend visiting was grand. Also feeling wonderful to be able to withness how R finished an interview then deal with the HR silly logistic these few days to confirm the offer……then finalized her resignation with the previous job…….

Just a few days to relax, not expect to see anything exciting……..not much photo to take……….
Probably all my interstate travelling this year, are just for family/ friend visiting haha 😛
