Coming to the 2nd half of 2020…..

Yes, i do feel like there’s more and more unanswered prayer…..or is it just because i didn’t bother to check?

This is what i did at the last moments of 2018…..glad that i managed to finish the book before it’s too late…..with a few issues that i need to look into & fix….hopefully can be more well prepared in 2019 🙂

Totally failure: Castella Cake

A bit unexpected…..such a dense castella cake and totally different with the pics of most castella cakes….. but i think it’s bc i beat the eggs too much?

Nami would probably kill me if she saw what i made…..

Indeed, there’s not much ingredients required, just eggs, honey, bread flour & sugar……

With the leftover coleslaw salad, plus a big oriental black fungas, plus the frozen wrapper…….these 4 tiny things were thanks for the this page.   Unfortunately with 180c for 10 mins……they are crispy but still looks like undercooked…….Will keep looking up more ideas of the filling, or even make some samosas……
