What is Easter Show? Is it something religious??
Claimed to be the largest annual event in aussie……I guess it’s something to occupy the whole family during the Easter holiday for animals, food, entertainment, carnival fun blah blah
Thanks for the free ticket (which cost AU$38.5) from my brother who is working for a travel agent. Otherwise don’t think I would spend my time & $$ to come here.
So what i did during the show? For people living in urban area like me, talking to various animal, watching how to train a horse, buying produce from the district exhibits from NSW & SE QLD, walking along the food farm to know more about agriculture, watching the world championships for woodchop, enjoying the baby ducks, chicks, lambs passed by you in the farmyard nursery…………..all these experience were so rural!
Do know the show was heavily advertised for tourism…….and no wonder their official site was translated into 5 asian languages!
悉尼皇家復活節 is the name translated in my language 😛
Indeed, it’s a great chance to know more about aussie farming things!
If possible, don’t mind coming back again next year……..if there’s free ticket again hehe……
